Admission Guidelines

Eligibility for children seeking admission in Std. I under General Category

 

(a) Admissions are granted regardless of religion, class, caste, creed or community.
(b) The child age should be between 6 - 7 years as on April 01, 2025 [1.4.2018-31.3.2019] (Both dates inclusive) .

(c) After the admission of a student is declared final, the parents/guardians will be issued an admission form, which is to be submitted for final admission (along with the required document & two passport size photographs of the student) in the school office before last date, failing which the seat will be treated as vacant and may be filled in by the mext candidate in the list of merit.
(d) Admission of a child to the school will mean complete acceptance by the Parents/Guardians of all school rules as in force or as amended from time to time. Rules are subject to change at the discreation of the Principal.
(e) Name and date of birth as recorded in the previous school Transfer Certificate/Nagar nigam Certificate will be considered final. No change under any circumstance will be acceptable after admission.
(f) The Principal reserves right to accept or reject any application for admission/readmission without assigning any reason.

Eligibility for Children under RTE Category (Std. I)

 

(a) 25% of the total seats reserved under RTE category are for children belonging to:
(i) Weaker Section (ii) Disadvantaged Group
(b) Admissions will be granted on the basis of Draws.
(c) The child should have been born between 1st April, 2018 and 31 March, 2019 age between 6 years to 7 years as on April 01, 2025 (Both dates inclusive) .
(d) After the declaration of admission the parents/guardians will be issued and admission form, which is to be submitted final admission (along with the required document & two passport size photographs of the students) in the school office before last date, failing which the seat will be treated as vacant and may be filled in by the next eligible candidate.
(e) Admission of a child to the school will mean complete acceptance by the Parents/Guardians of all school rules as in force or as amended from time to time. Rules are subject to change at the discretion of the Principal.
(f) Name and date of birth as recorded in the Nagar Nigam Certificate will be considered final.
(g) Following document are to be submitted along with duly filled in Registration form:
(i) Copy of Birth Certificate issued by the Nagar Nigam
(ii) Copy of class Prep/UKG Mark sheet
(iii) Copy of SC/ST/OBC certificated, if applicable
(iv) Copy of Medical certificate, from Chief Medical Officer, of person with Disability, if applicable.
(v) Applicant must submit his/her own income declaration certificate in the prescribed Performa.

 

(Annexure I)

 

(a) The above declaration (Annexure I) must be duly certified (Annexure I) by two responsible persons (Member of Parliament/Member of Legislative Assembly/District Head/Pradhan/Member of Zila Parishad/Sarpanch/Ward Panch/Mayor/Member of Municipal Corporation/President of Nagar Palika/Member of Nagar Palika/Gazetted Officer/Government Officer).
(b) Own income declaration(Annexure I) with certification of two responsible persons (Annexure I) will be attested by Judicial Magistrate/Tehsildar/Notary Public (Annexure K). (h) If the applicant is filing Income Tax return, then attested copy of acknowledgement of Income Tax return and PAN card must be submitted. (i) BPL Card holder must submit the attested coy of BPL Card as an income proof.
The date of birth of the child is also to be mentioned on the declaration form the parents after the child has been admitted, guaranteeing that no request for any change in date of birth will be made at any time or under any circumstance in future.

 

The Parents/Guardians are requested to go through the details inside this FACT BOOK carefully. It is advised that the Registration/Admission form be filled in, if they agree to abide by all the terms and conditions mentioned.
The informations on rules and regulation given herein cancles any contained in any previous document. Further, the management reserves the right to change them as and when deemed necessary.

A lottery will be held for selecting students for admission and results will be declared on the same day, strictly as per rules and regulations of the Govt. of Rajasthan. The date for lottery shall be intimated to parents at the time of registration.

Any influence of pressure on the Principal to get the student admitted will be viewed seriously and will entail cancellation of the Registration.
Note: Registration Fee is exempted for children under RTE Category.
